Going offline
I've personally bought into an offline consulting system and I KNEW I didn't want to talk to ppl and dress up (i'ma t-shirt and jeans kind of bloke) and hold meetings with ppl partially because I go to school FULL TIME haha. So I outsourced. Honestly that's the way to go if your the type of person I am. I use craigslist as my right hand man and you want to make it the post a job for the positions you are trying to fill. I live in a big city so my results were darn good then I just held interviews selected the right candidates and had them do all my "footwork" for me (i.e. meeting clients, etc) I set it up and they knocked em down (some of them did) and after a while you just hire a recruiter to basically replace what you do and you can oversee everything and not be so hands on. Of course this means you have to actually pay ppl, but I don't mind because I'm coming out on top considering the "work" I've done.
So BASICALLY I suggest ppl get into offline opportunities and OUTSOURCE, OUTSOURCE, OUTSOURCE!!! haha Take care.
