Any recommendation for a web host with GOOD support ?

I am currently using Blue Host but I find their support to be pretty much useless !
My recommendation is to stay away from BlueHost.

Any recommendation for a web host with GOOD support ?

Thanks

Hostgator has always offered first class support and I think many would agree are second to none

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

I've heard many vouches for Hostgator being the best. I did recently read about how they were having some trouble with migrating their servers or something like that and people experienced some downtime though.

I prefer mediatemple.net, best service I have ever used with best control panel period. It's the more pricey option (it would appear) at first, but you get infinite domains name on the host, and creating databases and managing users & emails is super easy and customer support is really fast to respond, been with them 8 years and never looked anywhere else.

Yeah, surprisingly, Host Gator has always come through for me as well... $10/month can be expensive when you're first starting out (when compared to some "budget" hosting at #12/year), but I think it's a great choice when you need a quality host for your bigger projects, the important ones - anytime I've had an issue, their 24/7 live chat support has rocked.

I'm using hostgator, talk to their live support recently. My issue resolved. So I have no problem with hostgator support so far.

HostGator has good support but lately I've had to burn a couple hours a day on their live chat. I'd recommend elsewhere unless you're on a shared hosting plan and have a relatively small site.

I've never had any problems with Hostgator and their support is the best I've worked with. Quick and efficient.

I heard Hostgator changed. We're currently using HostDime and have been pleased with their service as well as namecheap.
