$39 authority for newbies! How real?

what is your view about buying an authority site as a newbie in internet marketing?
I'm considering buying one of these sites as recently advertised but I'm concerned if I can make it work and if it will deliver the projected result. please, advise me and if possible, direct me to alternatives as someone that is just starting out. Thanks.

How can a site be an "Authority Site" if it hasn't even been made yet?

And how can a WSO seller guarantee that a site will end up being an Authority Site?

Sounds like you should have saved your money.

To the OP I would suggest you save your money also. There is no way someone can tell you that you are buying an authority site if it hasn't been made yet.

Don't just jump in before making a purchase. Check out other sellers, check out there reviews.
read the terms and conditions and make sure you know what the seller will be supplying you.

Remember that there is work to be done on your side as well for a project to be made successful, don't think buying a site will instantly make you money.

    Regards,

    Lee

Authority site for $39? I'm not familiar with the product / service you have in mind, but I doubt it.

If you ask me, all you would be able to get for that kind of money is one quality (highly researched and well written) article that you can put on your website. But you would need many, many more quality articles like that before your site would qualify as an "authority" in certain niche / market.

    Good luck!

If you're talking about a WSO you saw, I'd say to watch the comments on that thread. People will come back and offer reviews.

On the surface, the concept of "Newbies" having "Authority Sites" just sounds ridiculous.

The person can be a complete newbie in IM or web development but can be an authority in any other given niche.

If you are new, it won't really matter if the site is "authority" and chock full of great content and incoming backlinks. You probably won't know what to do to A: maintain it, B: increase your rankings, C: properly monetize it and D: drive traffic to it (the hardest part of the puzzle).

Don't let the thought of having everything handed to you lure you into wasting money. A sales letter may promise that it's perfect for newbies - but in reality, business in a box type things only work for experienced marketers (usually with money to throw at traffic solutions).

Build a site from the ground up, an authority site. Learn how to do all of the elements above, Especially decent, qualified traffic- and when you are making money on that.. then may be the time to buy a premade authority site. THEN you will know what the heck to do with it.

I totally agree with you Jenny! What happens once they pass off the keys to you? It's just like buying a new car. Sure all the work is done in terms of creating the car for you. But now, you actually have to put gas in it, drive it, maintain it, etc. So that should definitely be kept in mind.

I'm always wary of offers like this. I'm sure they can do what they claim but once the seller is no involved is when the real challenge happens.

LISTEN To this guy! THIS guy is THE guy I stumbled across 2 years ago, who pointed me in the direction that earned my first dollar and few hundred dollars online.

If it weren't for this guy, I'd never have gone down this crazy twisted road that is marketing and freelance - or if I had I would have been scammed to death! His healthy dose of skepticism is worth paying attention too.

Agreed. But on the surface, someone offering automated Kindle sales in their sig just sounds ridiculous too.

I'd suggest reading through any reviews and maybe contact a few of his previous buyers and see how they found the service but contact a couple if they all give thumbs up and reviews are good than I would Probally give it a go.

But like many said dont jump in, or next thread you post will be complaining you got a crappy service

It is probably better to just BUILD YOURSELF ONE. You just need a killer set of researched keywords, site theme, and content. All 3 are dirt cheap through Fiverr.

$39 for an authority website seems be quite fishy. As like the other Warriors have mention, I think it will be better that you set up your own website and start focusing on the marketing activities that will get more people to come to your website.

If you are thinking that just purchasing the website will make you money, then I am afraid that you will be very disappointed as you will need to take action before you will be able to see results.

Its only tat price for the first few i think. I bought it because it came with premium theme and 4k words written by english writers. Probably worth it just for the content but its a gamble untill i see the finished product.
