Directing Social Media Traffic

Hey Guys

I have a twitter account, and looking to utilise my followers the best way possible...

Is it best to tweet about my latest blog posts to get traffic to my blog, in hope they will subscribe to my newsletter form at the blog's header.

Or is it best to try and convert my twitter followers to my own list, by sending them to a squeeze page offering a free report/video's?

    I am not twitter marketing expert, but seems you could go either way, depends on your goals. Course you could probably build a better relationship sending them to your blog.

    Also, you should try to interact on twitter itself, some thing I don't do often enough, if at all.
