Type in TOS Generator or Privacy Policy Generator and you are set. Basically, just look at the site that you want to become like, copy there TOS and PRIVACY POLICY and replace their company name and email with yours. That's it. If you re-write it it would be better or just screenshot it so you avoid duplicate content penalty and bad search engine rankings.

So basically you are just telling people to steal a privacy policy from someone elses site? Great advice... not!

You'd be better off not having any legal documents on your site if those legal documents are going to be infringing copyright.

      Terrible advice.

That's a great way to get a DMCA takedown notice and possibly losing your hosting account. Other penalties can be more severe.

Well, you can do it yourself. It would not be good to just copy the ToS from other websites and just do a little tweaking. I know how long a ToS can be and how difficult it may be to write one, but if you are serious about your website, you may want to consider looking at every rule that you want to be implemented and turn them into words. You can ask for the help of a lawyer, as well.

WEBSITE TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY

These are important documents to protect your online business. Relying on a free terms of use or free privacy policy is a bad idea. And telling another member to copy a terms of use or privacy policy from another website is even worse.

A website terms of use govern a user's legal rights about the website and provide the website owner with control over their legal relationship with their users, visitors, and members. It should be well-drafted and contain the right DISCLAIMERS to protect you. This is your first line of defense should problems arise from customers or visitors. A terms of use a legally binding agreement and enforceable in a court of law.

As of February 12th, 2014, I have yet to see a free privacy policy on the Internet that complies with the new laws that became effective Jan 1st, 2014.

Website and blog documents need to be drafted by an experienced Internet attorney.

These sample 5 pages will give you an idea of what an attorney-drafted terms of service or terms of use agreement should look like:

And here is why a free or generic privacy policy will not work any longer:
