Creating a template on Blogger

Hey,

Just a quick question: How do I create a template where 'About the Author' is present in every new post that I create then onwards,

What's a better forum to ask these small questions for future reference?

    Can you do it by adding a text widget to a sidebar? I'm sure I remember doing this when I was using blogger last.

    If it's anything like wordpress you just add a text widget to the sidebar where you can add your about me. I'd also include a picture so that your readers look at you as a person writing and not just a faceless blog.
