can a local cleaning services website be a profitable lead generation site?

Hi all, im just after some advice. I have a local website in the cleaning niche and it basically covers all aspects of cleaning services you can imagine. I'm wondering the best way to make cash with this site, any ideas?

I have thought of -

1. selling leads
2. sponsored page
3.rent out website

What do you think is the best way?

    Why don't you call local cleaning services, and ask for discount prices for cleaning, and out source to them?

    Collect the money yourself, and outsource to cleaning companies close to the buyer

      I thought of this, but whats stopping domestic cleaners going direct after the first house clean? same applies to window cleaners....when you think of how much 1 window cleaning customer is worth over a year, its pretty profitable.

      I have no contact details or forms on the site yet as i have been pondering for a long while on what to do with it exactly........but its getting plenty of visitors.

    have a site like lendingtree, empower the consumer to list their cleaning job and have several companies bid on it. Keep it double blind so they don't go around you, and keep a transaction fee.

    Well, the first thing you want to do is to prove that the site can actually generate leads. So put some forms, and see who signs up.

    Make a deal with a company, give them a few free leads, so you are sure this is really reliable.

    Then simply sell those leads, or calculate a good price and rent the site out.
