Live chat software that isn't really live
Hi all,
A few months ago I came across a live chat script that has user agents that aren't really live...instead they engage the visitor before stating that it's not a live agent but that they'd be happy to offer a discount.
I have no idea what it was called or how I found it, but I was pretty sure it was through WF. Does anyone know of such a script?
