Own mailing list server
All our mailing lists are double opt-in subscribers and/or previous recent customers so we're not spamming or buying lists. I've configured the mail server to all reasonable best practices so we have DKIM signing and SPF records and have registered with Microsoft Smart Network data services and junk mail reporting program.
We handle bounces and unsubscription responsibly and monitor our sender reputation and blacklisting regularly in addition to throttling message delivery to domains to try to be as friendly to remote mail servers as possible.
We're doing quite well at delivering messages but I just wonder if anyone has any other tips on maximising deliverability from a mailing list server?
