Noobie Question!!: EJunkie Product vs Blog

Hello all,

I am experiencing a bit of a dilemma. I am considering two options and I'm not sure which to go for..

Option 1: Create product with sales page, use ejunkie to process payments, and find affiliates for product

OR

Option 2: Create blog and slowly build list, and promote clickbank products that are already popular

Which would you recommend and why?

    It's both good and I wonder why you won't do both methods?

    Built a blog to brand yourself and to have a long term traffic and income strategy.
    Create a product at the same time and start promoting it heavily to earn fast money for now.

    I wouldn't promote clickbank products for the simple fact that your commissions get stolen so easy it ain't even funny, plus the fact that clickbank staff refunds payments without even questioning why.

    Anybody that knows anything about clickbank knows all they have to do is replace your affiliate name with theirs and they've just given themselves an instant discount, and you just got slickered out of a sale.

    Plus all they have to do is ask for a refund and instantly clickbank gives them one, without question.

    Just guessing, I'd say you're going to get cheated out of at least half of your sales if you promote clickbank products.

    You do need to check into what I'm saying though because it's been about 2 years since I messed with clickbank, but that's why I quit them then. Maybe it's changed, but I highly doubt it. It didn't change the first 12 years they were in business.

    You could easily do a little bit of both, can't you? That should be an option to consider. You never want to have just one primary source of income.

    Also with building slowly with a blog, you should consider amazon as well as clickbank.
