Ideas for lead generation for a property developer

Hi everyone,

I'm a web developer and have just launched my clients new website which who is a property developer who builds luxurious houses at hefty prices. I know they will have a big budget for advertising and they don't have a clue how things work online with regards to lead generation.

This made me think I could offer this as an up-sell on my services but I'm no expert either but I am a few steps ahead of them in terms of what can be done.

I need a little help, they've asked me to pitch it to them what I can offer but I'm not sure myself. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to get them leads and how I should price it?

Any help is hugely appreciate.

    Lead generation is usually by pulling visitors from SE results, funneling them by getting their contact information, buying leads, cross promoting with other people with same niche and such ...

    You need a system on your web site to collect information from your visitors.

    I would tell them that they have to collect leads on the site.

    For that you need an autoresponder (Aweber), a sign up form
    and a report or book that you give away.

    So, you can offer to set this up and then offer to send out a
    monthly or weekly newsletter for them.

    Content: each week (or month) you would feature one of their houses.
    Lots of pictures, little text.

    Then they also need traffic. targeted.
    So you can offer to handle their online media buys.
    1. Adwords
    2. Bing
    3. Media buys (banners on related web sites like real estate listing sites etc.)
    4. Print ads (magazines) that drive traffic to site (works excellent with high end stuff)

    You would ask a flat rate for setting this up and then ask for a budget that would be spend on advertising and simply get 15% of that.
