Try from this list if you like. To be frank ive only used Windows movie maker. But again it depends on what features you want in a video.

if its just a presentation I would recommend a Powtoon presentation. It also can be converted to animated gif images and uploaded to free classified sites like craiglist too, disguised as a video.

I didn't check all their support options, but did see for $1 a month, $5 for 6 months or $10 for a year as a paid option. I like this a lot as support is something I always have questions for.

I think video editing will be the solution of your problem. You can find a good free ware software for it on Google. Or you may consult with any professional video editor, I am sure he will help you better.

There is a free version of Serif MoviePlus Free Movie Editing Software - MoviePlus Starter Edition from Serif (not an affiliate link). I use the paid-for version, which is very inexpensive.

  Is there an easier more efficient faster video software program that will allow you to edit/mask a face in a moving video clip that is 30 minutes long?
  I tried Sony Vegas Pro 13 & with them the only way to mask a face would be frame by frame which would take way too long! There must be a more efficient video software that will allow you to mask a face in a moving video simply by moving the mouse along the face while the video is playing?
  Anybody have any suggestions?

AVS Video Editor 6.5 - AVS Video Editor is powerful video editing software which can create hollywood-like videos with photos, videos and music. (not an affiliate link). I haven't tried it yet, so I don't know if it's any good, but it might be worth checking out. The price is right, anyway .

My vote goes for Windows movie maker 2012. It is extremely easy to use. Just take clips and drag them inside. They will set up in order right away.

Bro, I have Adobe premier pro... the free version. OK so it does not have all the latest bells and whistles, but it is a great ways to learn a great program. Check it out yo.
