INTERNET MARKETING

I have a site that is in Spanish that gets roughly 6,000 searches for the keywords. Note, the keywords for my site are in the domain name.
I'm looking to find a virtual assistant, or JV that can write well in Spanish, post articles to wordpress, do light SEO, and add the affiliate links to the post.
Where should I go to find this kind of help?

Have a look at all the big freelancer sites like: freelancer.com, odesk.com, elance.com or here at the forum!
