Looking for Client and Employee Management Software
My online business is growing and I'm having a difficult time managing my clients/employees/freelancers.
I would like to take my business to the next level and need this issue resolved.
Does anyone know of any software/solution to the issue I have.
I need to be able to assign specific clients to specific employees/freelancers.
I need to be able to see all communications between clients and employees/freelancers.
I need to be able to communicate with everyone and everyone can communicate with me.
I need the ability to share files. (upload/download)
I DON'T want my clients to be able to communicate with each other or employees/freelancers not assigned to the job.
I DON'T want my employees/freelancers knowing or speaking to each other, unless assigned to the same client.
You help is highly appreciated.
