My GetResponse Webform Not Working

INTERNET MARKETING

Hello Friends,
I just made a landing page and use GetResponse web-form. I'm using 30 days trail. I created three different web-form for my LP. First one is working well but the 2nd and 3rd one are now working. Please check it out and help me.

URL: The Easy Lazy Cash System (ELC)

Working Web-form: Top Right
Not working: Bottom POP-Up and Gift-Page's POP-Up (Setup on Exit Page)

For the bottom and exit pop, try pasting the HTML instead of the javascript.

This code is messing it up:

Did this, But nothing changes, The form sill not working
