Contact form on wordpress site forwarding issues

I have tried contact form 7 and contact form and same thing. It is set to go to email@mydomain.com and it always goes thru to that but I have a forward set in my hosting to go to gmail and yahoo addresses and non of those are being delivered.

I contacted host and googled a bunch and can't figure out problem other than something in the contact form headers is stopping delivery to the forwarded addresses.

Does anyone know the solution?

Do you have DKIM and SPF enabled on the domain?

Is it in the spam folders at the receiving end?

Are the messages even making it out of the server?

Does the "host" show the messages in the outgoing delivery reports or the mail queue?

What does a mail trace show?

If the message is being bounced as you indicate due to the "headers" you'd have a bounce message with an error code.

The host should be able to tell you if the message left the server or if it is not leaving the server.

Email forwards are usually stopped for one of the following reasons:
    • incorrect DKIM & SPF configurations (IE wrong IP)
    • non-configured DKIM & SPF
    • Spam content in the message (perhaps a term/link)
    • Sending IP is blacklisted on an RBL

    Does the forwarder exist?

If you're not getting a bounce back message and it's definitely not in the spam/junk folders at the other email accounts, I'd suggest finding yourself a host that knows how to troubleshoot mail delivery issues a little better. What you describe indicates it's not leavign the server, UNLESS you happen to locate it in the spam/junk folders.

I don't think that It's a WordPress Issue, It is something related with Hosting. You should contact to your hosting provider about the issue and they will certainly help you out.

Meanwhile, Please check whether you have correctly configured the forwarder function within your hosting cPanel.

    Regards,
