Custom sidebars for Optimize Press

I'm using Optimize Press and need to create custom sidebars for each page. So far I've tried 2 plugins and neither has worked - custom sidebars and simple page sidebars.

Does anyone know of a plugin to use with Optimize Press so I can have custom sidebars??
