StartUp Internet Company - It Is Viable?

I have an idea for an online business, I have a detailed business plan and have narrowed my target audience down to a tee.
The company will solve the problem that new digital product sellers have getting traction for a product - there is a lot to it but thats the problem it solves.
I have built a prototype and have had a few beta testers - collecting feedback and refining my business model etc.
Recently I have found an accelerator program in my local city (Melbourne) and I want to submit my idea to them. (Selected companies get $20k seed funding)
BUT I need to have proof that there is a demand for the product, which is why I came up with the idea to ask a few warriors there thoughts on my business and if it is something that they would use.
What is the best way to go about this?
