I guess you can just use a proxy if you want to be anonymous...

You can find free proxies here and in this article you can find how to set it up in your browser.

There are many way to block your ip address beeing tracked ex: You can mask your IP using a Free VPN Like.. CyberGhost or you can use proxies as Jens mentioned above, if you want to know more

Google VPNs and Proxy Servers, you will get ton of info, use yourself and protect your IP from being tracked....

Proxies will work but are unreliable. I suggest paying $3/mo for a VPN service like private internet access. I'm using PIA, and it's much better than using proxies, or dealing with the hassle of disconnects from a "free VPN". 3 bucks a month is basically free anyway

Get yourself a VPN. You don't want anything too complex unless you're going on some dodgy illegal sites.

I really suggest getting TOR Browser - one of the most secure anonymous browsers out there. Free. It was designed and created for the US NAVY for communications; It's main purpose it seems these days are to access the Deep Web (.onion sites, which is the underground black market) But using it normally is just as fine. Looks exactly like Firefox with a few add ons.
