Ledpages Question - driving me nuts
So I am trying to develop a new page in Leadpages but I have to be able to collect additional data from users that isnt typically stored in most email programs like Constant Contact which is what we use.
I need to be able to capture the normal name, title, email, phone, company etc. But I also have to capture 4-5 other pieces of data that are critical - I have posed the question in support and they say yes you can create them in Constant Contact but no we cant do anything with those fields.
So then I posed the question on how can I just have the data entered in to the form on Leadpages just sent to me - I have heard nothing in a few days even though I know they replied to another person that they opened a support ticket for them.
I really hate how companies (big or small) want you to pay money and yet the support is absolutely pathetic.
Does anyone have some ideas or alternatives?
