Need an explanation

Okay so I have been browsing niche pages on Facebook that are closely related to my page and website. I have come across a couple that have only been created two hours ago but have already 2,000 + likes and hundreds of post likes. This is not a page related to my niche but is a close example to what I am referring to. How do they do it? I know it's possible to buy likes, but that just doesn't seem like the case with most of these pages.
