How to build salespage on wordpress. Any program?

I want to build a salespage. I got already my domain and I want to build a simple salespage but without the columns that wordpress show at the sides.

    no software program needed - there are WordPress themes created specifically for marketers - search for WordPress themes for sales pages in Google and I'm sure you will find some

    As Karen said above, you can find free and premium themes that serve as sales pages, or check out OptimizePress... it's hands down the best plugin/theme for creating sales pages, membership sites, etc. using Wordpress.
