I have a website not sure where to go with it, any advice appreciated

I have a rental directory website that specializes in sublets and room rentals, like a cross between regular apartment classifieds and airbnb. The site is subleasehub.com, currently generates almost 4k monthly visitor averaging 8 page views per visitor (about 70% unique). I am wondering if I should just keep working on increasing visitors and install advertising or If I should think of a business model now. Also at what point should I install advertising if I go that route?

    If people are viewing 8 pages, find out how long they stay on your site. Sounds to me they are interested in your site. They are staying a little bit, to look around before leaving. You could put adsense on it now. if you want to go that route. Look into a affiliate program to earn some income or can you get some leads and sell them. You have to decide what you want to do to earn revenue.

    You should continue to build traffic and build a list at the same time. It is important to figure out what your business model is now. Ask yourself what do you want to do with the site and how can I continue to grow it. What will my site look like 6 months from now. Is it getting the results you desire after that period or does it need outside help.

      I would go the adsense route, I noticed also on your site you have a payment system for renters. Maybe try to set that up as a payment form, as you have it manual at the moment.

      Also are you Featured listings paid? If not maybe look at this way as way to make it a income source.

    I would work on a new biz model and put advetising. Why not make money both ways and you can add more income streams.
