    In my experience:

Facebook Ads allow you to really select your specific target audience which is a great advantage
Solo Ads allow you to get results very quickly if you want to test an ad, etc.
Third choice would be PPC - they CAN take a little longer and CAN cost much more if you aren't careful.

I believe you will have to do your own testing and monitor the results so that you can see for your self which method brings you the best results. Certainly you realize that half you list are free methods and the other half are paid methods. Most pros will tell you that paid methods will get you better results but if you get good results with the free methods. Than you are off to the races. Good luck

PPC via google adwords and facebook ADS in my opinion. Why? Its because they are the most trafficked website in this world.

PPC, Facebook Ads, Blog subscribers, SEO traffic, and YouTube traffic are some of the best traffic sources. The subscribers from those sources are usually MUCH higher quality than from other sources.

First thing you should know is that not all 'traffic' is the same. Sure, they're all humans, but the fact that how and when you target plays a big role in conversion/bounce rates.

To put things simpler, you would be better off selling Acne Removal product with Google Advertisements than with Facebook ads. This is because PPC targets people who're searching for Google for a solution to that particular problem. Facebook on the other hands targets audience based on their interests (Pages liked, Hobbies etc), so they may not be looking for Acne Removal products at that time. This just scratches the surface regarding the explanation so i hope you get the point.

Since you've decided not to reveal your niche, we can't say for sure which campaign would yield the best results.

My advice is that you understand your audience fully.. may take hours.. could be a day, but unless you do it, you won't find much success in advertisements.

Just a general example, which of the following lines do you think would attract more targeted traffic
    - Tips on saving money
    - Tips on saving money for people in debt

Finally, remember that 100 targeted traffic is better than 1000 non-targeted

Hello Chaudhary Daniyal, thanks for sharing such a helpful insight about the Google Adwords & Facebook Ads. Honestly I never though that much and that's why posted this thread and now I'm happy I did it.

      I'm in IM niche.

Now could you recommend any source of targeted traffic as the 1st source to give a try ?

I'm glad that i could be of help.

As for the campaign, no one can give you the right answer. What i wrote in the last post is theory based on some of the common results. Practical approach usually yields different results.

The trick is to tweek and test each one of them and find the one performing the best. You can get 10% conversion with, lets say Solo ads.. this is an amazing figure. Then you try PPC and get an even higher one.. but some other campaign might not be worth spending on.

Basically, you just need to target your audience thoroughly and test each campaign to get the best one. I've known people who run 10-15 different PPC campaigns for the same offer, but they target differently and after spending a few dollars, they let the best one run and stop the others.

Whichever method you choose to implement, remember to capture the e-mails !

Sorry, can't provide a more clear answer.

        Regards,
        Daniyal

I reckon FB would be the best first port of call for the IM niche (that's not to say other methods are no good). The reason I say this is that your target audience (IMers) are very active on sites like FB and it should be pretty easy to target them using FBs built in targeting tools.

You still probably need to be more focused than just IM though (for example are you targeting newbies, more experienced marketers? are they into biz ops, email marketing etc.)

The best way to target is through general likes (email marketing) famous marketers (e.g. people following Donald Wilson or whoever), you an also go after similar products to the one you are pushing (Empower, MOBE, Ads cracked).

    Hope that helps.

As for payment of writers (with the revenue sharing), your site says:

Actually we will not pay directly, but we will help you generate revenue for being a user of any product or service who offers affiliate program – yes we will allow you to use your affiliate link within the review you would submit and we would approve to go live infront of our information seeking audience.

So you are not going to pay the writer for their article, and you end up getting free content. There is a chance the writer will earn, but no guarantee. Why not just pay per page of content contributed and not allow any affiliate link? Then you could monetize the page with your own affiliate link.

Sounds like another attempt to get people to work for free. If someone is not willing to pay me to write, then I won't write. Why work for free, when there are so many other sites out there including Hubpages that are more than willing to pay for views. And, those sites are already well established and reputable and not just starting out.

        I agree.

It's going to be really hard to find writers who are willing to write for you. Why wouldn't they write on their own blog? And why would they write without getting paid for their work if there are tons of sites where they do earn.

I suggest you just write reviews yourself, and maybe incorporate this business model when you can prove that the writers will actually earn from their work.

Perhaps allowing guest bloggers might be something to look for if you want to add content faster?

It really depends on your target market, what kind of niche you are in and what product you are offering.

    Hey,

PPC has always been one of the fastest ways for me to build QUALITY prospects in the least amount of time possible.

I would say go this route if you are looking for a quick R.O.I . . . plus, while you have this working, you can focus on mastering another traffic strategy.

    Hope this is helpful!

Since your site is about written reviews, you should target writers who are looking to earn extra money online. Some writers are desperate for an extra site that pays. For that reason you could market on internet marketing forums or writer forums or use classified ads.
