Handbrake is pretty good at reducing filesize while keeping quality high.

I just did a quick search on google and found heaps of people asking the same thing. I'm sure there's lots of ways to make a smaller file size.

    1) Try reducing the size of the screen your recording. Do you need to record the entire screen or can you maker the window you're recording smaller? You don't want to be recording every pixel on a huge wide view monitor when a smaller window will be just as good.

    2) Have you explored all the different quality settings when saving? There are (what seems like) millions of them. Does your sound NEED to be in high quality stereo or will lower quality mono be just the same?

    3) There are trillions of websites that will help you with your settings. Ask Mr/Ms Google. You'll have your answer in 30 seconds.

    4) If all else fails and you're still confused (after you've watched all the tutorials) you can buy some really good tutorials but I don't think it'd be necessary.

Here's a link (posted within the last year) that might help you get your head around how to make an effective, efficient video.

P.S. If it's not essential that you deliver in a Camstudio format just upload it to YouTube, download a compressed version and just post that or download it as an MP4 and use a local player (hosted on your own server) to display it if you don't want all the YouTube stuff interfering with your delivery such as ads at the end advertising your keyword competitors...etc.

Handbrake is definitely the easiest way to do it. It's a very popular video software... and free.
