If my WF emails are going into Spam, does that mean my WSO...

Does that mean my WSO and other important notices will also go there?

What if I unsubscribe from WF emails... will I still get important notices regarding any future WSOs and such?

I have read various threads on emails they are sending, etc. but haven't found the answers to these questions, sorry if it's already been covered.

Btw... My WF emails would never go into the spam folder... that's until they started emailing promotions which I'm not really fond about in receiving. =D

Thanks!

Unsubscribing from the update/promo mailing list should have no effect on automated system messages.

That won't, by itself, affect where those messages end up, but that's another issue. Depends on what system you receive the mail at, how many users at the system mark it as spam, and whether you can personally adjust how it's filtered in your mailbox.

Thanks for the response. I use Aol because they are tough on spam.

Unfortunately I am receiving a lot of spam after sign up to a few marketers lists, ones that I thought would not sell out my email to third parties that do nothing but spam. I am getting bombarded with spam. Because of this I'll have to be more strict on the emails I receive, and also set up an email just for marketers.

      Live and learn.

They shouldn't be going into your spam folder. They should be going into your promotions folder instead. The best thing you can do is check your spam folder regularly so you do not miss any important WF messages.

that's for gmail, for other free mailing providers such as hotmail it ends up in spam i noticed.

Maybe white labeling the emails from WF could help.

Even my PM notifications are going to spam now. They never used to do that.
