Crowdsourcing using Fiverr?

I've had this idea for some time. I've never done it. Partly because I don't know if it would work. I would like to crowdsource a site using Fiverr. I would like to sell ads, posts, links... Whatever I could sell. So I could then use the money to buy content, links, whatever on Fiverr. Is this something that is at least doable or just wishful thinking?

    I think it would not be worth doing through fiverr. Their system of individual gigs and keeping a 20%share would make other options look better.

    If you sell a link for $5 and then buy a link for $5 you lose $1 every time just to Fiverr's commission.

    I would look for a more traditional crowdsourcing or crowdworking site.

    Or resell fiverr gigs for much more than $5 so you are making a decent profit to reinvest. Not dropping a dollar commission share to fiverr on every transaction.

      Thank you for this information. I see now that it isn't as doable as I had thought. What are the traditional crowdsourcing or crowdworking sites that are out there?

    You can buy an expired domain with good metrics DA, PA and a good PR, setup good contents, create a good facebook page, drive likes, make it spread around and sell links from there to a high value.

    If you take care of the website, the links can worth more than 5 dollars.

    Here some example, but think that with a PR6 you can make also more than $200 dollars per article if the site is well done with good contents and well updated.

    Fiverr is good for this... I have used several of sellers on Fiverr, SeoClerks and MyCheapJobs to promote crowd sourcing projects...

    Stay with sellers that have good feedback

    For FREE crowdsourcing, you'd be better off using forums. Study the posts on many popular forums. A good 25% of them are crowdsourcing attempts. Don't get caught posting the same questions that have been posted many times before though. Dead giveaway.
