You can use Google Analytics. Alexa, also can give you an idea, but I wouldn't depend on Alexa stats.

It isn't as in-depth as Google Analytics, but I find myself using the site stats provided by the JetPack plug-in for WordPress more than anything else. I can go to any one of my sites and instantly see how much traffic each of my pages is getting and where the traffic is coming from.

Google analytics of course, but check out also Inspectlet - Website Heatmaps, Session Recording, Form Analytics it is a heatmap software, they have a free account and also they show you how the visitors move around the website, it helps a lot.

Google analytics is king, I don't see anybody else competing with the algorithm.

All of the above - Google Analytics is the way to go.

I've recently setup a very cool new tool called 'Content Analytics' from the awesome guys at SumoMe.com and have posted this review of it showing my results (and insights so far) from one of my own offers.

    DEFINITELY worth getting.

    Cheers, Rob.
