Can you create a new GetResponse account after suspension?

Apparently once GR bans you, they ban you from using them in future too.

Is there a way around to creating a new GR account, and importing the subs you had back with them?

Or ANY WAY to get the same subs back into them?

Depends what kind of bad things you have done. If in the list you are trying to import there are clearly people that flag you as spammer they still ban your account.

Better that you write them and try to explain the situation if you are solid in your purpose to not spam.

    When when it says

"We have conducted the review of your account, and we regret
to inform you that a decision was made to suspend your account
and to revoke future access to our services.

The direct reason for the account suspension is the
fact that we have noticed an incorrect acquisition
    process on your end.
    "

I'm guessing I'm not allowed to create it again in a new way.

It wasn't due to spam complaints too.

Anyone have ideas about whether GR accepts import from an account that has list that was previously flagged for improper acquisition?

To legitimately do it I would think not. If you were to sign up with a new name, address, payment source, etc then you might get back in

Why not just try another AR? I've been hearing as of late that GR's deliverability rate has gone way down. I think Aweber is the best, but there are dozens of others you could try.

I am curious to see what they mean by "improper acquisitions." Were you buying leads and then importing them into GR? Were you doing co-reg? What exactly did you do to get them to ban you?

Also, I have spoken to several marketers who have been banned from GR and they have had no problems registering a new account under a new name and credit card. As I said, though, why would you want to do business with someone who doesn't want to do business with you?

      Basically coregging with myself.

So far they had been doing great for me. I've seen (and still seeing) other ARs which can't seem to compare with the support I could get from GR.

And lots of other ARs requires double opt in when importing which is total no-go for me

Can you elaborate on "coregging with myself?" I'm not sure what that means.

I didn't know GR would let you import leads that were single opt-in without having to send out a confirmation email. I thought the leads had to have been acquired with double opt-in before GR would let you import them without re-confirmation. I could be wrong about that though.

Actually, it's not such a bad thing to make your leads re-confirm because you can shave off a lot of the unresponsive leads that way. That way you'll know that the people who actually re-confirm are active leads. No sense paying for leads that don't open your emails.

If you have been banned for spamming, why would any of us be willing to give you advice so that you can continue doing shenanigans.

GR actually allows single opt in import. Just they do a stringent check on the list first. I've imported a list in this way.

You didn't read the post. I wasn't banned for spamming.

If you are banned, I believe you cannot get your list back and use the same email and paypal to register again. But you can join if you be a 'different' person with different email and paypal. That is just my opinion.

By the way, why don't just move to other AR? there are plenty of choices where you can still use your email and other details.

Any recommended solutions where the deliverability rate is good, and doesn't require double opt in?
