Explode your productivity by doing this ONE THING

Early in the morning, preferably right after you wake up, attack the biggest task you have on your to-do list. Assuming that it can be done first thing in the morning, throw everything you've got into knocking out that big task. This will EXPLODE your productivity because, if you are like most people, you normally spend the whole day skirting the big stuff and procrastinating. Stuff that should have taken a day to finish can drag on for days if not weeks.

Do yourself a big favor and KNOCK OUT that one big thing... first thing in the morning.

I tend to take the opposite approach, I like to tackle the "low hanging fruit" (small tasks that don't take a lot of time) first, then I have more time to completely focus on the larger tasks!

If this works for you continue doing the same thing. The "eat that frog" strategy (doing the biggest task first) is especially for those who are addicted to procrastination.

Yep, everyday wake up and do the most important thing first not the most pressing. It is tempting to get sucked into a world of what is urgent and pressing. Panic drives people to action (maybe even paralysis if too much). Get out in front of your life by heading things off.

What is the single greatest thing you need to do right now?

If you need to warm up the of course that works too then do the single greatest thing possible.

    Watch how your life changes.

One of the most powerful productivity techniques is Parkinson's Law. It states that "work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion."

This can even be highly effective in making others more productive. If the task requires 3 months to finish, tell them it has to be done within 3 weeks. The magic in this is that the work will be completed in a span of time based on a person's expectation of how much time is required to do it.

To be more productive I would suggest you WRITE DOWN what needs to be done, and the RULE IS...if it's WRITTEN DOWN it MUST BE DONE!

Wake up every morning stretch out and excerise is what I do.

Than I spend the morning writing out positive affirmations.

From their I write down my goals for the day and mark down my priorities.

I make sure to have time requirements on myself before I get a break.

It's very easy to get distracted, but once I'm focused I'm handling business.

Always turn off social media and your phone too while working.
