How much of ambitious IM are you ?

Every day we seeing people posting about Internet marketing here, those who want to make their first dollar others who want to make thousands a month but how ambitious do you really need to make it in this business ?

Are you trying to change a market ? are you trying to change people life ? or are you just another guy looking to make some cash ?

This question create a huge gap in where you land tomorrow. The founder warrior forum wanted to make a better place for all internet marketers to come, communicate and reach each other, JVZoo founder was an Internet Marketer who was trying to make a better platform for internet marketers to sell online. Google founders were trying to make a better way for people to find things online ( no they didn't invite search engines, they simply invented a better way of doing things ), Steve jobs didn't invent the pc, but hell of a vision he had.The way we see things, today is what paint for us a better tomorrow.

The way i do business everyday, i ask myself the very same question, how can i make things better for my customers, not how do i make more money out of them, how do i make their life better, no i am not developing the next PC or next search engine, and i don't need to because it is not what they need. It is the small things in life that make a big difference.

This simple question is what make a difference between the next owner of the largest freelancer platform, and a freelancer working on the platform.

With this being said, What is the question you will be asking yourself today ? and where do you really want to be tomorrow ?

Hmm, my ambitions include but aren't limited to:

    - Pointing those I serve in my markets of choice in the right direction so that they don't waste as much time trying to "figure things out" aimlessly.

    - Building a substantial income so I can provide for my wife and kids easily (when that time comes, I have neither a wife or kids right now).

    - Contributing more to philanthropic works I'm passionate about, I want to follow Bill Gates' example, he's a huge inspiration for me.

    Regards,
    Daniel

People have to define themselves. While it sounds great to romanticize this stuff and say our goal is to help people and change the world...the fact of the matter is, if we don't make money, we go back to work for someone else who DOES make money.

So helping people is always the goal but at the same time...making money is also the goal. It's not a cheap goal either, or a short sighted goal. It's the only goal that will keep your business IN business.

To act like it doesn't matter to make money, or that it is some kind of side effect of helping people is to betray the truth of the reason you are even here.

WoW, i like where you going, i hope you have plan for it though

zerofatzreturns making money is part of make living, we all working to making an income, this being said, when "making money" is our ultimate destination, instead of the mean to get there, this is where we fall short from achieving anything bigger than making that "money". I didn't suggest to shut off your business and start working free

What I am trying to say, is we need to set better goals for ourselves than just making money which is obviously the ultimate goal for a lot of those who getting in internet marketing today, this is not the road for success, no really entrepreneur of a successful startup started in a garage saying my goals is to be a multi billionaire, lets figure our how do we make that , rather what can i add or do today, to make the world a better place, or provide a better solution ( and yes, when u start use this level of this thinking, making money just comes a long with it )

You don't vote for kings. Kings seize or inherit their power. But you can count on my support in your battle to usurp this pretender calling himself "Con Tent". What sort of name is that for a king?

They certainly don't become king by having some moistened bint lob a scimitar at them. Strange women lying in ponds and distributing swords is no basis for a system of government.

Most people who work for others make more money than most people who work for themselves.

That is based on 30 million tax returns a year in the UK. I imagine other countries are similar.

80% of self employed people in the UK live in poverty. (For some reason calculated to be £15,000 a year or less)

91.5% earn less than £20,000 a year with no pensions, holidays, sick pay, weekends off etc etc.

George Washington was voted and offered the Kingship of America and a couple of German States.

              He declined as you know.

  • I have a dream, that someday I will be able to empower others to do the same.

    - Create financial freedom to at least 1000 people and own a foundation to help the poor.

In order to do that, I think I need to be wildly successful right?
