So last night I had a pretty groundbreaking epiphany so I thought I'd share it with anyone with interest...

So for the last couple million years we've been in a constant struggle for survival and blending in to the environment and with our people was the best way to do this. The reason this is so important is that if we are separated or disowned by

It's also important to realize that we have 3 minds...the physical, emotional, and logical. The oldest and most powerful is the physical which is followed by emotional and logic tops off the icing....well our biggest problem is that we think that our logic is in control but it isn't. We're driven by the minds that have let us survive and strive for millenniums.

So why is this rant on survival important to you?

Because our actions are driven by our instincts and our instincts tell us to live a path where we are safest.

When we try to change, it completely throws off our physical brain, whose sole purpose is survival and making beautiful babies

The number one question now is how do we change? How do we overcome the instinct of survival? How do we stop the power struggle between our physical(millions of years of evolution) and logical(brand new) mind?

According to Napoleon Hill, in his study of 16000 people, that ultimately ended up The Law of Success, 95% were wandering aimlessly through life. The successful 5% developed a purpose, or a definite aim, in life and joined this with a practical plan of action.

In other words...if we have a definite purpose that lets us accept death(the reality is that our most powerful influence understands we're going to die and it has to accept the reason for death was for a greater good...or to our species grow.), we can make a very quick change without an epic WWIII power struggle between your minds.

Once, you accept death for your #1 purpose in life, you go through a life transformation and you become a natural leader and a natural success in the process of achieving that goal.

    It's hard.

Still, despite some financial success, I still struggle from time to
time to break away and take what I'm doing to the next level.

I think the difference between successful people and those who
constantly worry and never do anything is a very thin line.

The difference, is we trained ourselves to walk the tightrope of
life and keep going until we make it to the other end. the average
person stop themselves just before they get on the rope.

That french tight rope walker who walked between the twin towers
is exactly what I think of...

It's incredibly tough for our conscious mind to go to war against our self image.....that's why monumental shifts are tough.

      Life Changer=Death of Self Image.

Psycho-Cybernetics is definitely the way to go for me these days. It's legit. There's a $500 course called Zero Resistance Living where you work with your self image to make change...it's well worth the money. I'd honestly pay 2 or 3 grand for it...I just don't have it right now : p

Orr...you could just pick up The Law of Success..it's like 20 bucks.

Yep. You are right. However, you guys need to remember that the reason why it is so hard to change is because of our HABITS.

Since the subconscious is the part that runs our habits, and we make from 90 to 96% of ours decisions with our subconsious... We need to apply our will or conscious mind for at least 21 days straight in order to form a new habit.

If you wish to maintain this new habit, this is where the Psycho-Cybernitcs come along. So you form this new self image and you stay comfortable with your new way of being.

Yes.Change is hard. But only people who embrace changes and people who bring changes are the ones that are successful in real life.I don't fall in either of the two categories yet....But i am striving hard to be there.

1 simple word. Inertia. Everything has entropy and inertia that must be countered before a change in direction can occur.

Change is hard - it can take months of effort to "break a habit" replace a habit with a new positive one.

Change is easy - Phobia's are created in seconds.

It's all a paradox. There are rules - there a are no rules.

For me, the challenge is living with both - rule/no rule - live for the moment/plan for the future.
