PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

I am doing hour of power every morning,an hour of excercise whilst listening to get the edge,then doing the action excercises.

I need a high achiever here to hold me accountable

Use a notebook to keep yourself accountable. At the end of the day date a page and write down everything you did to move closer to your goals. You will not want to leave the page blank because you will not feel good. This simple trick works great and you are learning to rely on yourself and not others.
