Business Vs House: Which of Them Would You Build First?

To me, it's better to build my business before I build my house because I feel that it's my business that will always sustain my house.

Which of them would you build first?

    Morning King Shiloh,

Build them both - at once - it's not an either or.

Build it right, and your biz can be run from your home. Your home supports your biz because your biz supports you.

And do what ever energizes you!

What if the money to build both simultaneously is not readily available?

Right! I would rather build my business first and only then my house, but some of my friends build a house and then they have no money to pay it back

If you have a place to live then build the business to pay for the house. If it gives you motivation to build your house and see that results and inspiration then build both together. The choice is neither right or wrong.
I would want to build my business to build the house I dream about daily!!!

Completely agree with you. its always better to live on rent than to own a house before you made it big in your business.

The right to own private property was the single biggest reason that America became the land of opportunity, in ways much of the world cannot even fathom. What do the majority of entrepreneurs (even back in the "industrial" days) leverage in order to borrow the money to build a business? Their home.
In nations where "real property" cannot be privately owned, no local entrepreneurial industrialization ever took place.

    Hi King S,

Yourself. Until you build yourself you won't have a business, or a house

I would definitely build my business first. As a matter of fact because of my online and offline businesses I have been blessed to be able to own multiple homes and other Real Estate.

There are many, many ways to get your decision.
If you think about it, a house can be considered an investment.
That's how my first house worked out.
Although I owned it, I listed myself as a tenant and rented the
other bedrooms to college buddies. You could create an LLC,
purchase the house, rent the house to yourself, write off a certain
amount of the square footage as office space, etc.
Also keep in mind that there are more home based businesses these days than ever before.
