Don't we all need it? Most people don't give it to themselves. The new breed of entrepreneur, is what I call a "self directed human." This person is conscious of their internal states, their communication processes (internal images, thoughts, feelings), they're in a constant place of directing all of those things, and they condition their minds.

The way our minds are programmed matter a lot right? Sure they do, if you believe that. But you'd only really give yourself the chance to believe that, if you started to see the power in it. I know a woman, great friend of mine, that is so smart it's incredible! We have these detailed conversations about consciousness, the mind, and the brain (if they're even separate, neuroscience is still fighting about this) and she just blows my mind with the way she talks about this stuff and yet, she's not confident about herself at all. I always say things to her like "hey queen brilliant," and "hey smarty pants," and in those moments, she lights up and becomes extremely happy, her state instantly changes! But then, if that internal communication she had to create that powerful state of esteem for herself, excitement and significance isn't reinforced, she goes back into old programming of not feeling like she's adept at anything.

I do coaching sessions with people, 1on1 in PA and NJ and I get them to understand one of the major things that changed my life and that is: We've got to actually anchor into our bodies, the feelings we want, the image of ourselves we want, and the strategies to create the states we want to exist in, or else they'll just show up randomly, we'll never have the ability to induce them on cue, and they'll never stick around. Two days of some powerful conditioning techniques and she's like a super power now! It's going to take more of her reinforcing this (because you actually reinforce connections between nerve cells in your brain when you do these kinds of exercises), but already, she feels completely different. It's because she's now communicating a different message in her mind, and in her body. She has more esteem for herself.

We've got to constantly, and neverendingly train our minds to believe what serves us, to turn on internal drive on cue, to shift into high performance states and to feel invigorated about ourselves! Don't take my word, take your own. Get it in your body and you'll feel the impact! Thanks for reading!

I’m currently doing just that. I’ve begun by reprogramming myself (subconscious) that what I thought was bad for me isn’t true. I’ve been looking for examples from my life that have gone against some of my beliefs that I believe are holding me back.

I’ve adopted the promise instead of goals approach and have seen a major difference in my results so far.

I have so distance to go yet but I believe I’m on the correct track and will succeed soon. First with myself then with my other goals/promises.
