Setting SPECIFIC Goals

Set precise, unambiguous goals. For example, it is not enough to say that you want to make more money in your business, because if you make five cents more, you have reached that vague goal. Set clear targets which then make it easy to satisfy the next requirement of a good goal.

What specific goals do you have for the upcoming New Year?

Peace, love, happiness, and prosperity,
Stephanie

Try changing your goals into promises. Promise yourself, someone you care about that you will succeed at accomplishing a specific goal (promise).

When we tend to promise someone something (even to ourselves) we tend to stick to it and achieve it.

New Year resolutions are all too many time given up on within the first week of the New Year. This tends to train our subconscious that it is ok to let goals slide and go unfulfilled, but promises tend to be held to a higher account.

Try it, I have and it works wonders.
