- Can't focus at all
- try adderall in hs, knew I needed it
- didn't want it because I seen what drugs can do to people
- tried natural alternatives - nothing worked
- had an experience last month that lead me back to my search for help
- discovered Spirodex, a natural theromgenic/mood formula
- my productivity went through the roof

First off, hey guys/gals, this is my first post on the forums after lurking for a couple of weeks and I want to make it a good one. I have never seen an online community so knowledgable, helpful and giving in my 10+ years as a forum user and I truly want to become involved to help out where I can, so hopefully this will be the first of thousands to come.

A short backstory...

Ever since I can remember (about grade 5 or so) I have had a terrible time staying focused/concentrating at school, work, or any other situation that required my attention for an extended period of time. It really became a problem for me in high school and at the time I wasn't at all familiar with the term ADD/ADHD - had I been during that time I may have tried to seek professional help. Anyway, a kid in one of my classes was telling me about adderall and how he buys it off another student to help him get through school/study for test. This was my first experience with any type of focus shifting drug. Immediately I knew this is what I have been missing my entire life, I was a different person, a machine, who can fly through 300+ pages of reading and take the test immediately after.

Just as powerful however were the side effects. NO appetite what so ever, excessive talking, stim dick, no sleep, ect.. after trying adderall maybe 4 more times in High school I never touched it again.

After my experience with adderall, I stated to see a plethora of drugs becoming available dubbed "smart drugs" which kind of gave me an easing feeling inside knowing I wasn't alone in the boat. My position on drugs however had become very stern (one brother committed suicide at 18, and another had become a heroin addict) and knowing the adverse effect these drugs have on your mind, there was NO WAY I was going to get caught up in a prescription drug. The alternative? Natural remedies.

I tried every natural focus/attention boosting herb/food/vitamin on the market and nothing came even close to giving me the concentration I needed. Now my condition is pretty sever, for example just last month I was taking a placement test with a group of other people and the woman next to me started to use her eraser while I was in the middle of a paragraph and from that point on every time I started to read the only thing I could do was replay that annoying sound in my mind OVER and OVER and OVER until I had to shut my eyes and make a less distinct sound with my pencil that would replace the one I had in my head.

It was this point, last month, that I decided to do a search again for something NATURAL that would help my condition . The point of this story is that I found it! I finally found a natural supplement that give me amazing focus and attention for LONG periods of time ( sounds like a sales pitch but I promise it's not).

The supplement is called Spirodex by Gaspari Nutrition. After reading reviews on it , via bodybuilding.com and some other user submitted reviews, I thought I would give it a try for only 26.99. I am going to be 100% truthful when I say it's the best money I have ever spent.

The only reason I made this post because I know there must be others like me out there, especially in these forums where hard word is a requirement and people are striving to become better in all walks of their life.

A quick review on my experience with Spirodex ...

I took my first tablet when I woke up at 730am the day after it came in. The serving size is only one tablet per day which is awesome. It took a little while to feel the effects, which was surprising because it DOES have 175mg of caffeine per serving, but about 45 minutes later....I WAS IN THE ZONE. I was able to focus, my mind was sharp and I freed myself of distractions. I didn't want to stop what I was doing, it was amazing. 5 hours later, still going...about 8 hours later is when I started to slowly relax a bit more, but most reviewers say they feel the effects for 12 hours. You guys have no idea how thankful I am that I tried this product, since I've been taking it my productivity has been up 10 fold, and there are no crazy side effects or jittery feelings.

You can search for the product to see what's in it and get the details if you're interested...it's all caffeine and natural herbs and roots. Again this is not a sales pitch, in fact I don't care too much for their other products but finally one does what it says it does. The description they give is "Thermogenic Mood Stimulant Compound"

OK that does it, feel free to ask any questions.

We don't think you're crazy. Your "not an ad" just looks like an ad, that's all.

Very interesting but the caffeine would give me problems. I have found some things that help me in that area without the caffeine but they are expensive and don't give 12 hours of zip There are definitely natural things that make a difference. i use to be against most any vitamins till I had some health problems and got serious about finding a solution outside of drugs.

Yea, 175mg of caffeine is quite the dose - I personally don't get the jitter with it though (that's the worst and the crash is terrible). My fiance, who is very sensitive to caffeine products says she wants to try half a dose tomorrow. I doubt she'll discover the benefits though because it's her day off and I think this stuff works best when you have work to do. Anywho i'll report back.

Few people will actually read your post. They saw the Title, read a bit and got bored quite simply. What is there to add. Sounds like a sales pitch to me. I'll restrain from commenting further...

Working out, water, healthy diet, getting up from your computer every hour or so and walking around. That's the best way to do it.

DAMMIT!! I just spilt my coffee all over the keyboard.. now how am I supposed to focus?!

It's harder said than done, man. It also doesn't help when you have an addiction to maple syrup. Seriously though, getting off the computer for one hour has a tremendous positive effect, especially when you are on the computer all the time. It'll give you a huge energy boost.

I should build an e-commerce site that only sells waffles. And maybe pancakes.

    Thanks for sharing your experience....

Found these two positive video reviews for the Mood enhanceable quaties....

But most of the written reviews on the weight loss qualities gives it a thumbs down.

The product is pricey at $80+ dollars per bottle. If they offered a 3 day trial pack I would try it for the mood enchantment effects but I really don't want to part with $89 - $90 plus shipping to find out if it works for me or not.

Maybe the back story makes it sound like a sales pitch, that's why there are cliffs BEFORE the post. If the issue doesn't relate to you, it's a boring story, if it does relate, it's a great story...imo.

Disagree. Many stronger words in that category much stronger than crazy.

Yea - I guess this post was directed more so at the people who have a significantly noticeable attention disorder, maybe this was the wrong place to post it amongst all you mind masters, you guys don't need any help you heal people with words what am I thinking, j/k but if one person can benefit from my experience ...screw the rest of ya

I paid 32, shipping included for 60ct bottle. Just search Google, they do offer sample sizes and smaller bottles.

In terms of weight loss, I have noticed a significant loss in appetite during the day but that's about it.

I'm in Australia and the online Nutritional Companies here in OZ charge From $80 - $90 a bottle plus shipping. I'll take your advice and find somewhere in the states to order a trial size from.

Thanks for telling us about this!

        Cheers,

Wow, I TOTALLY disagree with several of the comments above. I found your post interesting, even though focus is not particularly a problem for me. Frankly, I love to hear stories along the lines of "I tried everything, but at long last I found something that helped."

I would assume that it is NOT a sales pitch, simply because there is no "Buy Now" button.

And personally, I'm a bit shocked to hear anyone term a tale that includes someone speaking of losing a brother to a heroin overdose and another brother to suicide as "boring"

I have a bit of trouble focusing on things myself, but it's great to know that you found something that works for you! I sleep pretty late, so I only have myself to blame on focus-related problems

energy and focus are vital to life and the body has a natural way of producing it, so I would look for something that gets the body to do the work it normally does. Caffeine stimulates the adrenal and that is not always the best way to get your energy.
