How do you give yourself that winning feeling, while you're trying to achieve your goals. Especially when they take longer than you expected?

    I split long tasks in shorted ones called "micro jobs"

    Celebrate each small accomplishment and tell your family about it and how it will get you closer to your bigger goal. I head out of the office into the living room and tell my husband and son all about the connection I made, or the sale, or the positive response.....anything GOOD.

    This is affirmation for me. They get excited and cheer me on, not to mention are more willing to help with laundry, etc. LOL

    Recall a moment when you felt the wining feeling, associate it with a smell or sound and every time you hear/smell it, the feeling will come. It's the body's reward system.

    Winning Is Charlie Sheen right now, you have to have a crazy artistic mind to win lol. But the guy is helping people also and he has a show coming up and he will donate 1 dollar per tickets sold. So I think the guy has an unusual approach to winning.
