Thanks for sharing the video.

Anybody struggling with focus then I would recommend reading the book titled same as the thread i.e. "The power of focus". It is written by Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen and Less Hewitt.

I've noticed since doing internet work that my focus has really developed strongly. I'm faster and can focus even if my environment is hectic. Focus is the key to success.
