Avoid Worrying Unnecessarily, Relax And Seek Solutions.

When confronted with problems, a lot of people tend to worry unnecessarily, worrying has never be known to solve problems, however, it was because of the word "Problem", you have the word "Solution". Only solutions have been known to solve problems, thus the time spent worrying can be spent thinking of solutions and talking to people to see things from various perspectives.

Worrying drains you of energy and dampens your morale, 'you will agree with me that when your morale is low, the tendency for you to give up is very high, thus, as much as possible, do not worry yourself silly when you're confronted with a problem, instead relax, take time off, go for a little walk, preferably in a quiet neighbourhood and put your brain to the mental task. Every servant knows that he/she needs to give his/her master desired results so that the master will let them rest, thus your brain loves to relax too and since you're tasking your brain, your brain will throw up different solutions for you, until you decide to go with one.

Research problems on the internet, talk to people, seek out people that have experienced such problems in time past and sooner or later, the problem facing you will be a thing of the past.

Keep Striving, Keep Believing, Never Give-Up. Winners Don't Quit and Quitters Don't Win.

    Great post.

I once read a quote about worrying, which has become one of my favorites it goes as follows.

" worry is a waste of a good imagination"

I took it to mean that when we worry we shut-off our ability to find the solution

I came across this line somewhere earlier:
Tension doesn't make way for your achievements, it deprives tomorrow of your capabilities.

    Great post.

It reminded me of this old proverb:

"If you can solve your problem, why worry?
If you can't solve your problem, why worry?"

Because even if you can't solve it, you know you can't so ... might as well move on.

Great thing you have shared here my friend! I always come out with a thought when I confronted with problems, saying that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE, because the word IMPOSSIBLE = I M POSSIBLE.

And it is so true that every problems have a solution for it. I always believe in this!

      Hey great post.

It reminds me of the best golf psychology book I've ever read, the main point was to always think "what's my target?"

Thinking about why you are in a situation, what brought you there, worrying about what will happen in the future, etc...doesn't matter, and only causes tension. All that matters is what you are doing in this exact moment to get to where you want to go.

Worrying clogs the pipeline so that the truth, solution, or whatever, is unable to come in. When I start worrying about something, I start free-writing for a while until I get my concerns down on paper. Then I can pretty much walk away knowing the the answer to my problems or questions will take care of themselves as long as I remain open to the answers.
