Critical Thinking vs Common Sense- A fallen Hero
I am a saddened Kenyan today because a hero in my neighborhood has fallen. A great athlete and if you know the Kenyan athlete who entered the history book in the 2008 Beijing Marathon, you know who am talking about.
The story around his death goes like this, he was pub till around 11pm when he came home with a barmaid. Right to his matrimonial home. The wife was not supposed to be in that day. And while they are having some sweet time in the table room, the wife comes in. Apparently, she was at her neighbor's not very far away from home, a quarrel begins and then she storms out. Comes back after some time and find them now in the bedroom. She closes the door to the bedroom and out she goes. the hubby goes to the balcony of the 1st floor to plead for the keys and the next thing that is heard by the watchman is someone writhing in pain, his employer who is pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
Many versions of this story are out however the truth remains, A Great Hero is dead from very unclear circumstances. A shameful death it is! This could have surely been avoided by a man who had all the greatest future ahead of him.
And to my big question to all the warriors is where is the boundary between critical thinking and common sense. One of this could have prevented this great loss.
