This is a video posted on YouTube with a very simple process to activate natural motivation.
The concepts are very familiar and closely related to LOA and similar teachings. But I think the effectiveness of this process is in the sequence of the steps and specially step 3. I tried it and was pleased with the result. Definitely has great potential and hope it helps me with IM.
