It's also true that people have gone further when people have told them they haven't it depends on people's personal motivational strategy.

Some people need to have a hard, negative and moving away from. Others need the exact opposite. Like most things it's completely context dependent.

This quote is paramount to my fitness boot camp and personal training business because I can push people beyond their perceived limits and help them achieve levels of success that they never dreamed they could achieve.

This also pertains to the idea that you are the average of the 5 closest people to you. If those five people are not supportive and negative, you need to find some people who are supportive and positive and can also help you achieve your goals.

If you are ever in the Windsor, Ontario area (across the border from Detroit) come check out my boot camps, guaranteed to be the most intense workout of your month.

This is so true. As a matter of fact, my coach for IM told me that I have a future in video marketing since I was able to create high quality videos and edit them as needed. Hearing those words of encouragement really influenced me to stick with video marketing and develop a passion for it. It's surprising what just a few encouraging words can do for someone.
