Wow, Sam... this one got me too.

As for me, I hang on to "I act even when I don't feel like it." and "I can handle it." about equally. Guess I don't feel so much as though I have ONE sentence, but a few.

    Hey, some great posts here...

Love the "No"... still learning to say that shortest sentance in the world!

    For me it was this:
"Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."

Yes, you guessed where its from!

That hit me like a sledge-hammer when a friend quoted it to me.
That was exactly what I had been trying to do. Pretty unsuccessfully,
I admit, but still that had been my quest. What a fool. I suddenly
    came to see it....

Mine comes from a play by the greatest dramatist of all time William Shakespeare-

"How poor are they that have not patience,
What wound did ever heal but by degree.
Thou knowest we work by wit and not by witchcraft,
