Helping people for success

Hey,

It's always difficult to make money online especially if you have been at it for a while and don't get in the first shot (which is unlikely). But I have always found it easier to get success while helping people. No matter what it is. The matter of the fact is that there are a lot of people out there just waiting to get you. But I have found it easier to succeed by being able to genuinely help people. Not to see there are a lot of other factors that need to be considered, but this will play an important role.

    Absolutely, the fact is that when you genuinely help someone succeed in something (No matter how big or small it is) you gain a small but instant trust. If people go out of their way to help you, you want to reward them, and if your looking for a service they offer anyway, then why would they go anywhere else

    People shouldnt help people for this reason, but its a great perk for anyone out there helping people on their way.

    I agree. I feel a lot of people in the IM world are too afraid someone is going to "steal their idea" to genuinely help people, and I find that sad.

    This reminds me of something I heard awhile back...

    You can have anything you want and desire if you help others get what they want and desire!

      It is an old quote by Zig Ziglar... Who is now 84 and is still speaking at seminars put on by his company! Another quote of his that rings true is... "People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why we recommend it daily."

      Personally, I only had modest successes on my own with marketing online when I started consulting clients. Getting paid to assist them in solving their problems is such a great way to learn and stretch... Not to mention the pay can be quite good, too!

      Word travels through networks when you are good at helping people... And we all reap what we sow!

      Keep focused on helping others and everything will continue to fall into place.

    I completely agree, for a while I was looking at those companies that don't benefit anyone but those at the top. Examples of this would be doublers, triplers, etc. I made money with them but always felt dirty after the fact.

    I gave them up and started focusing my energy on helping other people, giving back. When I shifted my focus I started to feel better and succeed in a more positive way.

    There is truly no better feeling than knowing you are building something for yourself by helping other people build as well. Thank you for sharing this with us.
