I would say... go crazy and do some cardio-vascular exercise for 30 minutes right now! You'll relax for more than 3 seconds afterwords.

Deep breathing is the best way to relax physically. You can always do this anytime and anywhere you are. Clear your mind and take 3 deep breaths. It helps!

  I'm with you guys.
  
  If you take 2 or 3 controlled, deep breaths in through the nose, expanding the stomach then drawing the breath up into the chest then right up to the top of your lungs so that all of your lungs are inflated then slowly release the breath through your mouth you can feel the tension leaving your body.
  
  It really works and takes less than a couple of minutes so why not give it a try and see if you feel more relaxed.

Every morning I put the windows wide open and just lie down for 30 minutes and let thoughts pass in my head. I agree it's good to slow down now and then. Pick up the natural pace.

Short and to the point - but yet it can be effective.
Thanks for the tip.
I just prefer a short walk. The fresh air and change of
scenery makes a huge difference.
It's good to relax and unwind once in a while when the IM
walls start closing in on you.
