    I agree with you absolutely! you can only do much when you are relaxed, I usually listen to music , watch national geographic or just get a quiet place and sit under a tree gazing in the sky. I will certainly look for "earth amazing sights"

    Actually, there are a ton of good videos on Youtube with relaxing music and scenes, positive affirmations, guided meditation videos, and videos with relaxing nature sounds, such as ocean waves and thunderstorms.

      I usually open up Pandora and put on some ambient music while working -- it definitely helps take the edge off. Steve Roach and Brian Eno are both highly recommended.

    I used to drink alot and that a would relax me to the point of passing out. Now I don't drink any more and my kids introduced me to video games. I play the story single player ones and I love it. I take time to to that everyday because it helps me escape and get rejuvenated.

    This is key, whenever I am not getting things done or getting too scattered, I stop and play video games, play the piano or take the dog for a walk.

    I agree this needs to be done throughout your day.

      Relaxation is good. Work is good. Above these, balance is most important.

      You have to find the balance between time for work, time with the family, time with friends, time for hobbies, time for excercise, time for holidays and time miscellaneous things.

      All people no matter of color, race, sex or age have only a certain amount of time on this rock and each of us only have 24 hours in each day. Use it wisely, achieve the balance.
