What a great question - "what do you need to STOP doing." I've always been focused on "go and do" but there are definitely some things that could help me in life if I stopped doing them. What if everyone stopped thinking negative thoughts and just dwelt on positives? I wonder what the world would look like?

  On a sidenote - geez that a beautiful setting to take a video - here its flippin cold and wet and windy an everything - I am sooo jealous

  Thank Brian, I was traveling over Christmas and this shot was done at Sublime Point, Wollongong. It's about a 700 miles south of where I live and but where I grew up. My parents still live near there.
