I am sure there are some products that promote themselves as an all in one product.

My overall feeling is there are several components of self-improvement and very few people or products can address each component.

I think an "all in one" is difficult because we are all so different. For example, I like audio and I like to have teachers that encourage me to think for myself not tell me how to think.

Bob Proctor is doing a free coaching program for teens for more info you can go to my Squidoo page on him at Bob Proctor - Law of Attraction and Abundance for All Teacher

Self improvement is such a huge area expertise and there are so many areas that you can learn about.

It all has to start with what your main goals in life are. Break down the components needed to achieve those goals and strengthen each component so that your goals can be reached.

    Hi Joe,

There is only one self improvement guide (my opinion) The Master Key System by Charles F Haanel.

Send me a pm with an email address and I will send you a text copy.

If you are looking for a self improvement guide that touches on all aspects of your life (Business, Health, Relationships, Finances, Etc)...check out Anthony Robbins. His books cover all of these topics (all topics in each book) and his website offers a Forum for each of these categories. Likewise, his audio tape programs let you work on all of these areas of your life in a 30 day period. Very helpful, easy to understand.

The only book I recommend for people starting out in the personal development area is the famous "Think and Grow Rich" most of the personal development stuff out there sprouts from the teachings of this book.

You also said for kids/teens also. Robert Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad has a great book out that gives good advice that you can give to kids/teens about finances.

I'm assuming that the reason you're seeking an all in one guide is because you want to be happy - right now, in the moment. The only reason we're not is because we are hardly ever here - in the present moment. We're always racing on to the next thing, or worrying about something.

In my opinion, THE overall process to happiness is what Jung referred to as the "Shadow" process. The best, most brilliant contemporary pioneer of shadow work is Debbie Ford. Go to debbieford.com and look around. I'm in the middle of one of her programs, and it is staggeringly powerful.

Wow, there are so many. Tony Robbins' Personal Power II helped start my focus into personal developement/ self improvement. From there, I read every book at Barnes & Noble in regards to self improvement.

Lately, I have become heavily involved in studying the Law of Attraction. Currently, I am studying "Attracting Abundance with EFT" by Carol Look. It is helping me a great deal to erase limiting beliefs that have plagued me all my life and back on track with a more positive focus toward my goals.

All of the books that have been mentioned so far are inspirational. I say... read them all and find out what resonates best with you.

      Best!

    Joe,
Hands-down THE best tool I have found as far as all-in-one goes is Attractor Genie. It has every function imaginable, including visionboards, planners, mind-movies, you name it, it's there. It's a piece of software that goes on your computer. Great for teens/kids, as they love gadgets.

My favorite function is the Subliminal Reprogrammer, which is an application that actually helps change your deep-held negative subconscious beliefs. I've used it for quite some time and have nothing but great things to say about it.

For self improvement product, I'd recommend Simpleology. It's great and free to join. So far the program has already got more than 350,000 members around the globe.

Basically, it teaches you to do small things in the daily basis within a several days cycle. Upon joining you'll get ebooks, daily video lessons with test, and also audio lessons.

Just give the program a try. If you follow the steps, you'll see some improvement.

      Regards,
      Thurana

I recommend you go to the guy who revolutionised self-improvement and from whom Anthony Robbins got most of what he knows: Richard Bandler - his latest popular book: "Get The Life You Want - The Secrets to Quick and Lasting Life Change"

There are so many different men/women who are big on self-improvement/coaching. I feel that why not hear all of them out, and take bits and pieces that stick out to you, and use those methods and strategies.

I have found that the best all around self help is the study of the Law of Attraction. When put into practice, the same method is used for what ever goal you are trying to reach. Health, wealth, family, love, etc. are all approached the same. There are some helpful videos on Youtube if you search for "Teachings of Abraham" by Ester and Jerry Hicks.

If you are looking for an all-in-one option, I highly recommend Success University.

I am a student and have online access to every course, video, ebook etc under the sun.

They cover everything from success, family, relationships, communication, negotiation, grief and loss, finances, even sales and marketing stuff and many other topics.

I have written a review on my site at www.completepersonaldevelopment.com where you can also grab free ebooks, audios and videos without even opting in - enjoy!
