    I totally agree, when you are relaxed and free of stress the things that come to your mind the solutions etc, can't even explain enough of that, a restful and calm mind can achieve a lot!

    It is important for us not to get stressed every day. In case I had a problem anytime, I'm only trying to relax while coming up with a solution. I've been doing this for a long time, because I don't like to give up with my own goals.

    Hi Dan,

    If you are able to relax while coming up with a solution - more power to you!
    I am a easily stressed person and for me relaxing is stepping out of the problem, or the cause of my stress, even if it were for a brief 15 minutes.
